Delivery & Return

Delivery

We currently ship all of our orders exclusively within Malaysia.

We are happy to cover the delivery fees for qualifying orders.

West Malaysia: Free delivery for orders over RM150
East Malaysia: Free delivery for orders over RM250

We process most orders within 3 business days. During the holidays, we might need up to 5 days to get your order ready. Please note we do not pack or ship on weekends and public holidays.

Who covers the shipping depends on the reason for your return. Defective or incorrect items If your item arrives broken, leaking, or we sent the wrong product by mistake, we cover everything. Just send the item back to us and we will refund your shipping costs. Change of mind or skin reactions If you choose to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or experienced a skin reaction, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us using your preferred local courier service. Drop-off options You can avoid return shipping entirely by dropping your package off at any of our retail store locations or by using our partner courier drop-off points with a provided return barcode.

Return

We want you to love your skincare. But if things do not work out, here is how we handle returns.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We will replace it or give you a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping. Just send us a photo of the item so we can sort it out quickly.

Change of mind
Maybe you bought the wrong item or just changed your mind. You can return it within 14 days. The product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For these returns, you will need to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive and check the item, we will process your refund.

Allergic reactions
Skincare is personal, and sometimes a product does not agree with your skin. If you have an allergic reaction, contact us within 30 days. Stop using the product immediately and take a photo of the reaction. We will guide you through the return process and issue a refund or store credit.

How to start a return
Just email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with the exact steps to send your items back.
