Welcome to BLUMÈA. When you shop on our website, you agree to these basic rules. Please read them before you buy.
Using our website
You can use our site to buy skincare products. But please do not copy our photos, text, or branding without asking us first. We worked hard on them, and they belong to us.
Products and pricing
All our prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). We try our best to make sure all prices and product details are correct. But mistakes happen. If we price a product wrong by accident, we have the right to cancel your order. If that happens, we will let you know and refund your money in full.
Payments
We accept major credit cards, online banking (FPX), and e-wallets. You must pay in full before we pack and ship your order.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Malaysia. Right now, you get free shipping in West Malaysia if your order is over RM300. We process orders quickly, but exact delivery times depend on the courier. Once we hand your package to the courier, delays are out of our hands.
Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your skincare. If your item arrives damaged or you get the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Send us a clear photo of the damage, and we will sort it out. We usually offer a replacement or a refund.
But here’s the thing: we cannot accept returns for products you have already opened and used. We have to be strict about this for health and hygiene reasons.
Account security
If you make an account with us, keep your password safe. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account.
Updates to these terms
We can change these rules at any time. The updated rules will apply as soon as we post them here.
